General Terms of service
At least a 50% downpayment must be paid first. (Can be paid in full if the client prefers it)
Payment will be sent through Paypal Invoices only
You must credit me for the rigging, model art and/or design (whichever applies). You may not claim my work as your own.
Completion time may vary (may take a few weeks to a month or so) depending on my current workload.
Please be patient with your commission. I will not take any rush orders.
I have the rights to share my work (the client may request that the artwork will not be shown right away, in cases of debuting and the likes)
I have the right to refuse any project/ commission if I deem it to be out of my capabilities.
You may use the model for streaming/videos for twitch, youtube, etc.
I will be sending the file over via google drive. You will not receive any physical item.
Refunds are not allowed, unless I haven't started on the project/ commission.
Clients are strictly NOT permitted to use my art for non-fungible tokens (NFT)/ cryptocurrency or AI art.
I will not draw in an artstyle that is different from my own.
I will not be accepting any model commissions without a pre-existing design/ character sheet. (Do disregard this if you have commissioned me for a character design)
By commissioning me you are agreeing to all terms. Terms are subject to change at any time.

Workflow TOS - Vtuber model art
Art Process:
✦ payment ⇾ sketch ⇾ approval ⇾ lineart and base colors ⇾ approval ⇾ rendering ⇾ approval ⇾ finish!✦SKETCHI will be sending you a sketch of the model and 5 revisions will be permitted given that you have a character sheet or character design ready. (10 revisions will be permitted to those who will have the character designed by me) Do take note that the sketch is only a draft, hence all the lines are not final and may change in the line art and base color phase. Additional revisions will be charged. Once you have confirmed the sketch, going back and revising it will have additional fees.LINE ART AND BASE COLORSOnly minor revisions within the linework will be permitted. Base colors can be revised 4 times in this phase. (Please be mindful of everything that you may want to change). Additional color revisions will have additional fees.RENDERINGOnly 1 minor revision will be permitted in this phase. I will be fully rendering the model in this phase and anything after this will be the final output.Upon completion, the PSD file with the ready to rig model will be sent to you via Google drive. Any feedback from your rigger regarding fixes and changes will be edited. Please don’t hesitate in contacting me about this.
